    Description

    Our client, a leading financial institution, is looking for an experienced Design Researcher to join their team for a 12 month+ full time contract, with a high likelihood to extend long term after the initial contract.

    This is a hybrid role, and will require someone to come to the office 2-3 days/week in downtown Toronto.


    What's needed:


    3+ years of experience as a Design Researcher, working with internal and external stakeholders across organizationsMust have moderated and unmoderated research experience, working within the financial services industryYou're well versed in evaluative and generative research, exploring ideas and questions to better understand the end userYou're a pro at crafting research plans, moderating live sessions with end users, designing and facilitating ideation sessionsComfortable working in a fast paced, highly matrixed agile environmentDoes this sound like you?Then apply ASAPThe target hiring compensation range for this role is 45/hr to 50/hr.

    Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in RRSP plan with company match (if applicable)
