    Responsibilities and Duties

  • Gestion de projets spécifiques, tels que, mais sans s'y limiter : la cartographie des processus pour le flux du WashSmart, le développement d'audits en couches et la mise en œuvre des 5S.
  • Couverture occasionnelle des rôles de Lead Hand afin d'assurer la continuité des activités.
  • Coordonner les forums de communication internes, tels que les « Tailgate Meetings » et les réunions du comité de sécurité
  • Avec des conseils, entreprenez des examens des processus internes comme suit :
  • Mappage de traitement
  • Développement de SOP
  • Initiatives de formation
  • Développement d'audits
  • Amélioration continue de la cartographie des processus de l'état futur
  • Surveiller l'équipement de l'usine et effectuer des réparations mineures lorsque cela est possible
  • Le contrôle des stocks, l'inventaire et les commandes sont conformes à la compilation et à la surveillance standard des mesures opérationnelles de production en atelier pour fournir une analyse et des commentaires aux directeurs et/ou superviseurs d'usine.
  • Gestion de projets spécifiques selon les directives du directeur de l'usine ou des cadres supérieurs
  • Les opérations rationalisées telles que la cartographie des flux de processus, les études de temps de mouvement, les évaluations des risques et d'autres fonctions d'amélioration continue sont mises à jour et conformes aux mesures actuelles.
  • Supervision et maintien de la conformité réglementaire, de l'administration ISO et AQIS du site
  • La maintenance préventive du programme est effectuée à la fin de chaque quart de travail
  • Formation et développement de tout le personnel de l'usine, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les associés de production
  • L'organisation du personnel et des ressources est utilisée efficacement
  • Une solide performance d'équipe est cultivée pour livrer l'équipement dans les délais et dans le respect du budget.
  • Les plaintes ont été transmises de manière appropriée à la direction
  • Assistance à l'évaluation annuelle des performances
  • Motivé, productif, hautement professionnel et axé sur l'équipe de service client interne et externe
  • Un programme de maintenance et d'entretien des installations est élaboré et maintenu
  • Toutes les machines, les lieux de travail au sol et les zones d'exploitation sont exempts d'encombrement, de débris ou d'autres dangers OSHA.
  • Veiller à ce que tout le personnel nécessaire au transport et à l'usine soit correctement formé et motivé.
  • Planification efficace des employés et des tâches pour respecter les délais
  • Maintien d'une relation « d'équipe » entre les opérations et les autres départements
  • Plant operation, plant maintenance and leadership of shift crew; physically on the floor leading by example
  • Compile and monitor site operations metrics and KPI's, and provide analysis and feedback to managers and supervisors
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving as directed, and have the ability to provide practical solutions in the workplace
  • Management of specific projects, such as, but not limited to: process mapping for the flow of the WashSmart, developing layered audits, and the implementation of 5S.
  • Occasional coverage to Lead Hand roles in order to ensure business continuity
  • Coordinate internal communication forums, such as "Tailgate Meetings" and Safety Committee Meetings
  • With guidance, undertake internal process reviews as follows:
  • Processing mapping
  • SOP development
  • Training initiatives
  • Development of audits
  • Continuous improvement of future state process mapping
  • Monitor plant equipment and make minor repairs when possible
  • Stock control, inventory, and ordering are to standard compilation and monitoring of floor production operational metrics to provide analysis and feedback to Plant Managers and/or Plant Supervisors
  • Management of specific projects as directed by the Plant Manager or Senior Managers
  • Streamlined operations such as process flow mapping, time in motion studies, risk assessments, and other continuous improvement functions are updated and in line with current metrics
  • Oversight and maintenance of the regulatory compliance, ISO, and AQIS administration for the site
  • Preventive program maintenance is done at the end of each shift
  • Training, and developing of all plant floor personnel including but not limited to production associate
  • Organization of staff and resources are effectively utilized
  • Strong team performance is cultivated to achieve equipment delivery on time and to budget
  • Requirements and Skills

  • 3 à 8 ans d'expérience en leadership dans un domaine d'opérations et/ou de production similaire
  • Diplôme en gestion des opérations ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Capacités naturelles de leadership
  • Expérience dans la direction et la gestion d'équipes de travail de petite et moyenne taille
  • Capacité à travailler dans une entreprise de taille moyenne dynamique et au rythme rapide
  • Une attitude proactive, positive et « capable de faire » avec une approche pratique
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, tant orale qu'écrite
  • Bonne connaissance des applications informatiques/bases de données
  • Expérience antérieure dans la mise en œuvre d'initiatives de santé et de sécurité considérée comme un atout
  • Compréhension des directives de reporting et capacité à respecter les délais et les objectifs
  • Être une personne axée sur les objectifs et les résultats
  • Démontrer une philosophie de service à la clientèle et être capable de répondre aux attentes
  • Compétences intermédiaires Word et Excel à des fins de reporting
  • Doit parler français
  • 3-8 years of leadership experience within a similar operations and/or production field
  • Degree in Operations Management or related field
  • Natural leadership abilities
  • Experience in leading and managing small / medium sized work teams
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic medium sized business
  • A proactive, positive and "can do" attitude with a hand on approach
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Sound knowledge of computer/database applications
  • Previous experience implementing H&S initiatives considered an asset
  • Understanding of reporting guidelines with the ability to meet deadlines and targets
  • Be a goal driven and results oriented person
  • Demonstrated Customer Service ethos and be able to deliver upon expectations
  • Intermediate word and excel skills for reporting purposes
  • Must speak French
