    To deliver on our promise, our team's focus is to help advisors grow their practice through an end-to-end client engagement program, enabling them with content, support and knowledge to deliver holistic advice to Clients.

    You'll be part of a dynamic, innovative, and results-driven team of professionals, who have a recognized brand within our advisory channel.

    In this role you will support the development and delivery of our national program, program measurement and asset retention.
    Coordinate and schedule project working groups, reviews, approvals, translation and publication needs
    Support our field facing Consultants with content and data needed to deliver advisor workshops
    Monitor the team email inbox, responding to questions from the field and internal partners
    Manage and maintain the program asset inventory, including maintaining version history, approval documentation, feedback, and future ideas/enhancements.
    Provide administrative support including creation and maintenance of process documentation
    Maintain and update Wrike for the project tasks.

    As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada or worldwide.

    Excellent Excel skills
    Post-secondary education in marketing, business, or communication-related field
