MEMBER RETENTION REPRESENTATIVE OVERVIEW:


The Membership Department is looking for positive, welcoming individuals who are energetic and motivated by working in a team environment and building relationships to join our team.

Join our membership team as a full-time Member Retention Representative (MRR).

Reporting to the Membership department, the Retention Representative is a brand ambassador, through and through. They are a key relationship builder with new, current, and past members. Focused on interactions via telephone, the MRR is an expert to our products and services. The MRR excels at building relationships with our members and ensuring they receive the best in customer service.


The MRR is responsible for providing information to our members regarding membership renewals, the benefits of being a CAA Niagara member, and member account information.

REQUIREMENTS:

To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following in regard to:

  • Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Skills: You must have strong computer literacy and thrive working under pressure. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and adaptable to change.
  • Characteristics: You are selfmotivated and have a passion for continuous learning. You have a strong membercentric approach to customer service and are comfortable completing outbound calling to discuss the benefits of remaining with or joining CAA Niagara.
  • Hours & Location: As a Member Retention Representative, you must be able to work flexible hours, including days, evenings and weekends on rotation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a CAA Niagara Member Retention Representative, your responsibilities and duties will be, including but not limited to:

  • Outbound Calling to follow up with members who may have let membership lapse, showcasing the many benefits CAA Niagara membership provides to them.
  • Being an AMBASSADOR for CAA Niagara, why it truly pays to be a member
  • Greeting members via telephone regarding membership renewals, welcome calls, process changes to accounts and ensuring continuous active status of memberships.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service, providing answers and support, while building strong relationships with our members.
  • Providing information to members on membership services, including but not limited to joining and renewing memberships, savings partners and benefits of being a CAA Niagara Member.
