- Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting verification related to production
- Documentation of loss and weekly production data
- Coverage Fluid and Culture production entry
- Reconciliation of inventory variances for packaging
- Administrative and general office duties
- Inventory receiving
- Verification of trailer demurrage charges
- Ordering of Personal protective equipment
- Ordering of production consumables
- Meet with sales representatives to discuss new PPE options
- Provide accounting and administrative support to the plant
- Participate in the preparation of annual budgets
- Data entry and various report writing
- Investigation of variances that affect the financial results
- Assisting other departments with tasks as needed
- Evaluate processes with a view of making them more efficient and effective
- Perform all other duties as required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in this field or category;
- Completion of College Diploma in Accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications essential, knowledge of Maestro considered an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize and attention to detail.
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Ability to work without direct supervision.

JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Administration Supervisor, this position is responsible in contributing toward the accurate and timely completion of the Brandon Plant's accounting requirements. You will provide support for continuous improvement and team development initiatives as well as assist with any other duties as required.
