    Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

    • Update, maintain and revise existing online content
    • Create web pages from graphic source files
    • Build promotional content and deploy using Hybris Web Content Management System and Adobe Scene7
    • Perform quality assurance in staging environment in multiple browsers/platforms before deploying to production environment
    • Optimize content for accessibility and speed
    • Write high quality HTML and CSS that is easy to reuse and maintain
    • Complies with all Health & Safety policies and requirements

    Relationships (People you will be working with):

    • Copywriters, Designers, Merchandisers, Onboarding Team and the Digital Publishing Team

    The ideal candidate:

    • Post-secondary degree in a related field (i.e. Diploma in Computer Science with focus on Web Development) or equivalent experience
    • 2+ years of direct work experience in an online production/development role
    • Must have online portfolio showcasing experience and examples of HTML, HTML5, javascript, jQuery, CSS and responsive design
    • Experience and knowledge of various Content Management Systems
    • A solid understanding of cross-platform and responsive web design
    • Proficient knowledge of web standards
    • Knowledge of browser debugging tools (Dev Tools, Firebug)
    • Up to date on the latest web trends and willing to share and communicate learning's across multiple departments
    • Must be pro-active and able to work under pressure in a dynamic fast paced environment
    • Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives
    • Is adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change
    • Highly service-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow up skills
    • Ability to perform effectively in a multitasking environment and work well in an integrated team environment
    • Must be available to periodically work outside of typical office hours
    • Affinity for luxury retail / passion for fashion

    Bonus

    • Good understanding of web design, SEO and UX
    • Experience with Hybris Web Content Management System and Adobe Scene7

    • Seamless deployment of online and digital content
    • Meeting deployment timeline
    • Implementation of digital best practices
    • Achieving improvement of online engagement metrics
