    The Associate Demand Planner will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality consensus demand plans for the organization by leveraging statistical analysis with the best available cross-functional inputs and applying sound judgment based on knowledge of the business.

    You will turn data into insights and analyze the implications to each franchise specifically around the Demand Planning performance KPIs, root cause analysis, and drive improvements to visibility and decision-making.

    You will be involved in the development of analytical tools to speed up diagnostics within each franchise and provide insight for the daily, weekly, and monthly Demand Planning execution processes.

    You may interface with functional Demand and Supply Planning teams, IBP management, Finance, and Commercial teams.

    The employee is expected to be physically present at a Stryker location weekly for 2 days but has the flexibility to work from home.

    Create and maintain high-quality demand forecasts and demand forecast analytics.
    # Must assemble and analyze all data pertinent to creating/maintaining the demand forecast, including historical order bookings/shipments, item master data, market and macro-economic trends, seasonality, promotions, and product life-cycle management.
    # Serve as the primary demand planning contact for Marketing, Sales, and Finance business partners, IBP Franchise Manager, and Global Operations Master Scheduler(s).

    Bachelor's Degree in business management, finance, supply chain management, data science, engineering, or other related field - required
    Experience with PowerBI, Access, SQL, Cognos, and Oracle – preferred
    Highly computer literate, proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications
