- Compile, distribute and maintain sales reports, sales analysis, and sales information requests for internal use on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively.
- Present actionable information and insights to team members and management.
- Participate and share insightful information during Consensus Meetings.
- All customer portal completions for assigned customers including price changes, new listing, and delistings.
- Accurate internal customer price changes and notifications.
- Timely and accurate updates for all New Product Development (NPD) and Sku Discontinuation (SD) processes.
- All promotional tracker updates including Display Ready Pallets (DRP) allocations and promotional volumes are ordered as forecasted.
- Work with NAMs in the collection of data to ensure invalid deductions are repaid in a reasonable time frame.
- Promote an improvement culture by continuously looking for process enhancements to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Solve for aging inventory issues in conjunction with NAMs.
- Coordinate customer sample orders.
- Assist in the coordination of sales events.
- Work on ad hoc projects as required.
- Manage competing deadlines effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, marketing, or another related field.
- 2 – 3 years of related experience in CPG and manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated sales database management/data integrity capability.
- Demonstrated experience supporting all sales functions.
- Experience tracking and reporting on sales related metrics.
- Experience working with large amounts of data and summarizing information into usable format for decision-making.
- Strong customer portal experience (Retail Link, Circana, etc.).
- High level of proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Excel (formulas – Vlookups, sums, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI (i.e. Building Dashboard) an asset.
- Prior experience with an ERP environment, with knowledge of JD Edwards and Hubble an asset.
- Problem solver with a good attitude toward teamwork.
- Confident and competent managing tasks that involve cross functional teams, and time sensitive processes.
- Excellent time management with demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Bilingual (French & English) an asset.
