If so, this could be the career for youOur "Coffee" client who has been in business for 30+ years is looking to add a PERMANENT Field Service Technician to their team This role is located in the Mississauga area near Dixie Road and Highway 401.
The Field Service Technician works with Service Coordinators and Service Managers to deliver, install, inspect, repair and perform periodic preventive maintenance on Espresso, Brewing, Grinding and Water Filtration systems.
The Field Service Technician is responsible for maintaining customer relationships in their territory by following basic business integrity practices.Job Title:
Field Service Technician
Shift: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (on call as needed)
Pay Rate: 26-35$/hr depending on experience
MUST have own vehicle and clean Driver's Abstract.

Responsibilities
Service Technician will be responsible for installing new espresso machines in accordance with a fast paced roll-out schedule
Scheduling and performing preventative maintenance on all espresso machines in your service area
Emergency on-site technical support for the GTA and southern Ontario
Covering other service areas as needed
Customer Equipment and Recipe training (Barista Experience helps)
Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and electronic systems
Technical support of our national service partners
Spare parts department management
Some evening, week-end and holiday on-call is required
Qualifications
Preferred Service Technician MUST have 1-2 years electro-mechanical experience
Ability to work on commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding and water filtration systems.
Previous Field Service Technical experience in similar field required
Electronics, appliance technician or other related degree preferred
Excellent troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude/plumbing skills.
Skilled with the use of test instruments such as multimeters
Superior customer service skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to work independently and organize own activities
Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
Valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record
Must be able to regularly lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 60lbs
Must be able to drink coffee as the final step is the quality evaluation of dispensed coffee (taste and appearance)
Experience in the coffee industry is helpful, but not required
Travel outside your service area as needed
Own vehicle is a MUST.. Great mileage reimbursement
