La formation se fait à distance, en présentiel et occasionnellement en se déplaçant sur leur site. Vous contribuerez également au développement de notre plateforme d'apprentissage en ligne.

    Responsabilités:

    • Former les utilisateurs (pharmaciens, infirmières, personnel hospitalier) à travers le Canada, en anglais et en français, sur les produits de la technologie McKesson Automation.
    • Élaborer sur des évaluations pour s'assurer que les apprenants ont été adéquatement préparés à l'utilisation de la technologie McKesson Automation.
    • Communiquer avec les clients pour établir la logistique de la formation (dates, vols, hôtels, etc.).
    • Recueillir les commentaires des sessions de formation afin d'améliorer l'efficacité de la formation.
    • Établir des relations avec les parties prenantes internes (telles que les techniciens du service, les agents du support technique, etc.) afin de créer du contenu, les lancements de produits et d'autres travaux.
    • Créer des expériences d'apprentissage sous différents formats, formation avec instructeur (virtuelle et en personne), ou formation en ligne à son propre rythme, pour les utilisateurs de l'équipement d'automatisation (personnel des pharmacies et des hôpitaux).

    Exigences:

    • Diplôme ou expérience professionnelle pertinente
    • Au moins 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de formateur
    • Doit être parfaitement bilingue - anglais et français (à l'écrit et à l'oral)
    • Excellentes compétences en matière de communication
    • Capacité à communiquer de manière concise des informations techniques à des publics techniques et non techniques.
    • Connaissance des plateformes d'apprentissage en ligne telles que Absorb, Storyline, Articulate, Rise.
    • La connaissance d'Adobe Premiere est considérée comme un atout.
    • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et compétences interpersonnelles pour s'épanouir dans un environnement axé sur le client.
    • Permis de conduire valide et accès à un véhicule.
    • Capacité à voyager au niveau régional et national.
    • Être proactif et capable de travailler de manière autonome.
    • Passion pour la technologie et l'enseignement.

    titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l'extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral. The products we distribute are used to distribute medication, so we have not only the end users' best interest at heart but also the safety of the patient receiving the dose. As a trainer you are welcoming our clients to the family as a long term relationship. You will be responsible to provide training for internal and external customers. Training is done remotely, in person and on occasion by traveling to their site. You will also help develop our online learning platform.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide training to users (pharmacists, nurses, hospital workers) throughout Canada in English and French on McKesson Automation technology products.
    • Build assessments to ensure learners have been adequately prepared to use McKesson Automation technology.
    • Communicate with customers to set training logistics (dates, flights, hotel, etc)
    • Gather feedback from training sessions to improve training efficiency.
    • Establish relationships with internal stakeholders (such as Field Service Technicians, Technical Support agents etc.) to create content outlines, content creation, product launches and other work.
    • Creating learning experiences in different formats, instructor-led training (virtual and in-person), or self-paced online training, for end users of Automation equipment (pharmacy and hospital staff).

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
    • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a training role
    • Must be fluently bilingual – English and French (both written and spoken)
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to concisely communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Knowledge of online learning platforms such as Absorb, Storyline, Articulate, Rise.
    • Knowledge of Adobe Premiere is considered an asset
    • Superb communication skills and interpersonal skills to thrive in a customer focused environment.
    • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
    • Ability to travel regionally and nationally.
    • Be proactive, ability to work autonomously.
    • Passion for technology and teaching

    The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.

    As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

    Our Base Pay Range for this position

    $56,300 - $93,800
