    Overview

    The Administrative Assistant plays a key role at PepsiCo Beverages Canada, offering vital administrative support at the Timmins, Ontario location.

    Responsibilities
    • Create a welcoming environment for visitors and contractors
    • Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
    • Handle payroll and maintain records
    • Assist in location-specific initiatives and employee events
    • Provide administrative support such as running reports and organizing supplies
    • Create presentations and order office supplies
    • Support the Ottawa Team and organize meetings/travel
    • Process travel and expenses
    Qualifications
    • 2 years of administrative experience
    • Completion of an administrative program and high school diploma
    • Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Self-motivated, punctual, and professional
