    Operations Coordinator, Registration (Festival)

    Job Title:
    Operations Coordinator, Registration | Elevate Festival

    Location:
    Toronto, ON - Hybrid Office Set Up (2-3 days per week of in-office collaboration)

    Salary Range :
    $50,000-$55,000 (Please keep in mind that this salary will be prorated for the duration of the contract)

    Are you an Excel wizard? Lead all areas of Registration and Ticketing for Elevate Festival inclusive of technology management, data management, and customer service, acting as the subject matter expert (SME).

    In collaboration with the Associate Director of Operations,manage the registration systems (Bizzabo & Tito) and vendor relationships.
    Lead inventory management of accreditation in planning and execution (badges, lanyards, printers, etc.).

    Liaise with members of the Festival Team to brief them on registration, security access, operational needs, and associated schedule for set up and tear down.

    Responsible for the end to end on-site registration experience at Festival including managing Registration Volunteers, escalating issues and problem solving ticket and line management issues.

    Procure an IT vendor and manage IT planning for all event departments and advance to the venue IT provider.

    Support the development and implementation of event execution protocols.
    Complete close out report for all events to capture learnings inclusive of data analysis related to Operational KPIs.
    Assist with other areas of Festival planning, as needed.
    Required to be fully available and on-site at Festival Monday September 30, 2024-Thursday October 3, 2024
    Has hands-on experience with event coordination and/or vendor management.
    Is comfortable managing competing priorities and asking for clarification, when needed.
    Proficient with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
    Considered an asset to have experience with data management and reporting.
    Willing to work a flexible schedule, as required.
