    Save Max Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Real Estate Broker in managing daily tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the brokerage.

    This role offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a fast-paced and growing real estate company.

    Administrative Support :
    Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Real Estate Broker, including managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and organizing meetings.

    Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and ensure timely responses.

    Assist in the preparation and maintenance of documents, contracts, and agreements related to real estate transactions.

    Database Management :
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, listings, and transactions using CRM software.
    Coordinate with other team members, including agents and corporate staff to facilitate seamless transactions.

    Miscellaneous Tasks :

    Handle various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Real Estate Broker to support business objectives and operational efficiency.

    Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
    Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
    Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
    Knowledge of real estate terminology, laws, and procedures is advantageous.
    Availability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
