We are in search of a Branch Manager who excels in coaching and recruiting, possesses expertise in digital and social media marketing, and can effectively impart these skills to our agents.
    Job Description:
    As a Real Estate Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and prosperity of our brokerage. Beyond coaching and recruiting, we seek a leader who can empower our agents with the knowledge and abilities required to leverage digital and social media marketing, enabling them to enhance their earnings. You will have the exciting opportunity to lead our branch to new heights, develop our agents' capabilities, and contribute to our long-term success.

    Responsibilities:
    Team Leadership and Coaching:
    • Inspire and lead a team of real estate agents to achieve their maximum potential.
    • Offer guidance, mentorship, and unwavering support to agents in their daily activities and professional growth.
    • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and performance evaluations.
    • Create and implement training programs to enhance agents' skills and knowledge.

    Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Spearhead our recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent aligned with our brokerage's values and goals.
    • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to expand our team.
    • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make informed hiring decisions.
    • Deliver comprehensive onboarding and training programs for new team members.

    Marketing and Brand Building:
    • Drive the development and execution of marketing strategies utilizing social media, digital, and traditional channels.
    • Cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence within the branch's marketing efforts.
    • Collaborate with marketing professionals to craft engaging content and campaigns.
    • Stay updated with emerging marketing trends and technologies.

    Brokerage Growth and Strategy:
    • Collaborate with upper management to define and execute growth strategies for the brokerage.
    • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the branch.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the brokerage's market presence and profitability.
    • Actively participate in networking and community-building initiatives to boost the brokerage's reputation.

    Supportive Leadership:
    • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, industry best practices, and local real estate regulations.
    • Uphold professionalism, integrity, and a client-centric approach in all interactions.

    Branch Operations:
    • Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
    • Manage budgets, expenses, and resources effectively to support growth initiatives.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages team success.

    Qualifications:
    • Active Ontario Broker license.
    • Proven experience as a successful real estate agent with a track record of excellence.
    • Previous leadership or managerial experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
    • Outstanding communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in relevant real estate software and technology.
    • A passion for nurturing the growth and success of the brokerage and its agents.
