    This posting is for the Sia Partners - Western Canada consulting practice.
    In September 2021, Sia Partners acquired Ethier Associates in Calgary.

    Since joining the Sia village – the Calgary team has had great success, leveraging legacy work and client relationships in the Business & Technology Transformation space.

    We continue our growth under a new Business Unit for Sia Partners – namely Energy, Transportation, & Manufacturing.

    We have projects in the pipeline for key clients in the Airline & Aviation industry, and are looking to expand our growing team.

    Roles and deliverables will potentially cover Management Consulting; Strategy and Solution design/development, Project/Program Management, Business Analysis, Data & Analytics, and Business Process Transformation.

    We are able to consider people interested in full-time/permanent employment with Sia Partners, as well as independent consultants / subcontractors .

    The ideal candidate will have minimum 10 years experience as a Management Consultant - with at least 5 dedicated to or having experience working in the Airline/Aviation industry.

    Airline Information Systems
    Airline Revenue Management Systems
    Management Reporting
    Airline Rewards / Customer Loyalty Programs
    Optimization of Fleet Movements
    Strategy and Operations with airports
    Regulatory, Governance & Compliance (specific to travel/transport industry)

    Your experience will include Project Management of significant programs within an airline, and appropriate PM qualifications/certifications will be considered an asset.

    Expertise as a Business Analyst in the above mentioned areas will also be considered, along with suitable CBAP (or equivalent) credentials.

    Preference is for candidates to be LOCAL to CALGARY, AB - but we are able to consider applicants from across Canada as well.

    We are NOT able to consider anyone from outside Canada, nor anyone requiring visa-sponsorship).
