    Job Title: Senior IT Business Analyst - Delivery Excellence - BCM

    Location: Mississauga, ON L5N 5M8

    Pay Rate: up to $70/hr on T4

    Duration: 6+ Months

    Job Description

As a Business Systems Analyst in Integrated Informatics, you will work closely with our IT team and our business partners in the area of Commercial, Medical, and Government affairs. These organizations partner across the U.S.'s healthcare systems to deliver ever-better health outcomes for patients while lowering overall healthcare costs.

    We expect the Business System Analyst to be a trusted partner to our business team with a passion for technology and with proven Business Analyst capabilities. The Business System Analyst must be an effective negotiator, leader, and communicator in working with multiple business units as well as with internal IT cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for transforming healthcare, a high level of flexibility, and commitment.     The candidate selected for the position will be part of the US Market Domain, US Affiliate Enablement Product Line supporting the following business areas:

    Delivery Excellence - Business Continuity Management CMG: focused on developing and implementation of a resilience and recovery program supporting business critical applications for CMG. Discovery of critical applications, validating them with the Business and Product Teams and facilitating and driving activities to have them recognized as critical.

    Critical applications assessment and analysis, facilitate qualifying the application list, facilitate collection, update, development of artifacts i.e. Disaster Recovery plans

    Lead collaboration efforts with the Business, Informatics and Global support teams

    Assist in development of communications and awareness campaigns

    Prior experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITBM modules.

    Responsibilities:

    As a Principal/Sr Business Systems Analyst on the Delivery Excellence product team, you will:

    Influence senior leaders across the company - be able to articulate, internalize and execute on our vision, strategy, goals, and our progress

    Have a broad knowledge and leverage the technical capabilities of the internal teams and external technology providers and vendors

    Collaborate with Product Line Leads, Product Managers,, Project Managers/Scrum Masters, Architects, Engineers, Developers, Quality Assurance, and User Experience Designers on scope, solutions, constraints, and risks

    Analyze/document current and future business process models, high-level requirements (scope), and detailed functional specifications and/or stories; communicate to the lead developers and extended team effectively

    Perform knowledge transfer to training and communication teams and support user deployment activities as needed

    Produce detailed wireframes and mockups using visualization tools for prototyping

    Coach and mentor squad members

    Qualifications:

    Degree in Business, Information Systems or related field;

    Overall 7+ years of experience as Business Systems Analyst

    Strong hands-on and leadership experience in understanding a board set of technologies end to end

    Experience and understanding of critical application development, operations and an ecosystem perspective, understanding of impact resulting from disruptions

    Demonstrated success in handling initiatives of high complexity, high profile, and large-scale programs

    Demonstrated ability to quickly learn the business in unfamiliar areas

    Ability to work in an environment of competing and alternating priorities with a constant focus on delivery

    Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills; solid business acumen; well-honed influencing skills are essential

    Self-motivated and team-oriented; able to work both autonomously and effectively as part of a geographically dispersed team

    Proven leadership abilities and emotional intelligence
