Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Servicing and following up with existing customers regarding additional opportunities for growth.
  • Introducing new customers from online leads to Danson's various categories and cycles
  • Outbound cold calling, visiting, etc. to generate additional leads and open new accounts.
  • Keeping up to date with product developments to ensure customers are on top of trends.
  • Preparing quotes and planograms to assist in the sale process.
  • Attending trade shows to serve existing and meet new potential clients.
  • Host sales meetings and assist customer visits in the Danson showroom.
  • Develop strong customer relationships.
  • Provide excellent customer service through the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and KPIs within schedule.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:


  • 5 years experience in sales
  • Ambitious, proactive, and selfmotivated
  • Good multitasker
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible to travel
  • 50% French / 50% English (spoken and written) to communicate with customers in Québec and across Canada
