    Description
    The Clarion Hotel & Suites is searching for a Restaurant Supervisor for ECHO Restaurant and Wine Bar in Brandon. The successful candidate must be able to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends. This position requires high visibility and the desire to interact with employees and guests while performing floor shifts. The Restaurant Supervisor will have the ability to take control of situations and adapt to regular interruptions. Time management and organizational skills are crucial. Only candidates that have a positive customer service attitude will be considered.
    Successful applicants will learn how to how to count and verify liquor inventory. Successful applicants will learn to open and close the restaurant.

    Through the guidance of the Restaurant Manager, oversee and support the daily operations of the restaurant and lounge by promoting and providing consistent quality through coordination of superior customer and food service activities.

    Monitor and provide guidance for employees, and ensure proper procedures, policies and standards are being enforced.
