    Under the responsibility of the Unit Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing our current shipping and production processes and leading the transition to the new ERP software system (D365) scheduled to launch in early 2025. This role requires strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels.

    • Analyze current shipping and production processes to identify gaps and differences compared to the new ERP to early manage and solve bottlenecks and identify possible areas for improvement;
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights on shipping and production operations;
    • Lead the transition to a new ERP software system for the shipping and production departments during the go-live phase;
    • Work closely with IT to configure the ERP software to meet the needs of the shipping and production departments;
    • Train shipping and production departments staff on the use of the new ERP software system;
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of shipping and production processes and identify areas for further improvement;
    • Provide regular updates to management on the progress of the ERP implementation, shipping and production process optimization initiatives;
    • All other related tasks.
    • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in shipping, production, logistics, or supply chain management.
    • Experience with ERP software systems, preferably in a shipping, production or logistics environment.
    • Bilingual (French/English), if located in Laval.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
