We're looking to add an
experienced
Carpenter to our team of "Solutionists". If you enjoy working in unique spaces, have a very keen attention to detail, love working in a team environment (but can also work independently), and care about the finished product you put out - then we are the company for you


This is an hourly, full-time permanent position, with LOTS of opportunity for leadership and growth to a
Site Lead position.


CARPENTER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Working on-site and in our East Vancouver workshop.
  • Framing, onsite carpentry, and general construction.
  • Fine carpentry for cabinets, furniture, and millwork.
  • Communicating and coordinating with management and crew (onsite and in the workshop).
  • Managing schedule to meet deadlines.
  • Liaising with clients.
  • Acting professionally with clients, partners, and colleagues at all times.
  • Delivering exceptional quality of work and service.
  • Exhibiting excellent leadership qualities for the team, partners, and community.

CARPENTER REQUIREMENTS:


  • 3+ years experience of carpentry experience.
  • Red Seal ticket is a major asset.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle to travel to/from sites.
  • Must have own tools and personal protection equipment.
  • A positive attitude.
  • Good work ethic.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Highly organized.
  • Motivated to learn, develop, and grow with the business.
  • References that we can call upon.
  • Safety certifications are an asset but not required.

_ $30-38/hr based on experience

  • After 3 months we offer extended medical and dental benefits, in addition to a personal tool allowance
