    Our M otive is to develop innovative action games set in iconic worlds where every player feels like the hero.

    Currently, we're working on two exciting projects, an original Iron Man action-adventure game and what's coming next for Battlefield.

    We believe in sharing our passion with our community and each other, fostering an inclusive culture, and nurturing a growth mindset.

    Motive is seeking a Senior Gameplay Software Developer to join our Iron Man project being developed using Unreal Engine 5.

    Implement and enhance a variety of features relating to combat, weapon systems and progression through collaboration with other software developers, game designers and animators.

    Participate in defining the architecture of foundational gameplay technology and associated performance targets
    Collaborate with designers and content creators to brainstorm solutions that further the game's artistic and design vision
    Work closely with QA and technical leadership to ensure the stability and accuracy of game systems by identifying, communicating, and resolving defects
    or higher) degree in Computer Science or equivalent
    ~10+ years of professional C/C++ experience
    ~ Experience developing gameplay systems on AAA games with at least one shipped title
    ~ Experience of working with animation and physics systems to deliver gameplay features
    ~ Passion for both developing and playing games
