    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    We're looking for a courageous, empathetic and ambitious Social Media Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team You'll be working directly with the Social Media Strategists on client accounts, managing accounts of your own and working with Digital Engagement.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and curate engaging content and strategy for social media platforms
    • Assist in the creation of written, photo and video content (being creative excites you)
    • Collaborate with Marketing teams to create a social media calendar
    • Monitor social media channels for industry trends
    • Support the team with scheduling (In Feed + Stories) in Sprout or the native apps
    • Collaborate with Marketing teams to create a social media calendar

    • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries and comments
    • Review analytics and create monthly and quarterly reports on key metrics

    WHAT YOU BRING

    • Experience working within a (digital) agency preferred
    • A strong interest, understanding and experience developing strategies and content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Twitter
    • Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Very organized, resourceful and detail-oriented (you believe details are key to elevated work)
    • An understanding of Paid Marketing is a bonus
    • An understanding of Creative Production is a bonus
    • A desire to learn and grow within the realm of Marketing
