    Your responsibilities in a few words
    Supervise the accounting team - Review the various account reconciliations - Be responsible for the production of monthly and annual financial statements - Document the consolidation process in a complex multi-entity environment, including several entities and several levels of consolidation - Prepare financial statements consolidated accounts and analyze the quarterly financial statements - Ensure the accuracy of the monthly results of all business units forming part of the group - Review the preparation of the various monthly, quarterly and annual management reports - Actively participate in the preparation of the end file year - Participate annually in the preparation of corporate tax provisions - Coordinate requests from external auditors for the audit as well as the various ad hoc requests from tax authorities related to corporate tax or sales taxes - Review monthly sales tax returns and implement appropriate procedures to comply with the rules in force - Participate in the implementation of key financial processes - Monitor risk management and internal controls - Coordinate the preparation of the corporate budget and monitor budget variances periodically - Develop continuous improvement initiatives for internal processes and improve performance

    Your strengths for this position

    • BAC in business administration, specializing in accounting

    • Hold a CPA designation

    • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar field, preferably in a large company

    • Familiarity with SAP modules (asset)

    • Knowledge of IFRS, NCEF accounting standards, sales taxes and income tax law

    • Master the Office Suite (Excel)

    • Comfortable with personnel management

    • Experience in implementing accounting systems and the distribution sector (assets)

    • Bilingualism: essential
