    DarkVision is seeking a Talent Relationship Manager responsible for building a pipeline of A-player, contribution-motivated talent from multiple market verticals. The successful candidate will be relentlessly resourceful in sourcing technical and non-technical individuals.

    This is an in-office role based out of DarkVision's head office in North Vancouver, Canada and will have significant exposure to all teams throughout our organization (Executive Leadership, Sales, Talent Solutions, Data Analysis, Engineering, Product, and ML/AI) and locations (Canada, USA, Norway, Saudi Arabia).

  • Network Rigorously - Great talent doesn't always come through a conventional job posting. The adage "it's about the people you know" has some merit in recruiting. It means you're willing to build out and execute a strategy that will allow you to aggressively network and build relationships at technology events, industry socials, conferences, and exhibitions – both inside and outside our market verticals.

DarkVision is on an exponential growth path with award-winning technology, significant market traction and is backed by one of the largest privately held companies in North America. Representing DarkVision uniquely, positively, credibly, and compellingly to prospective talent will be vital in this role.
  • Play the Long Game - DarkVision, and our backers are in this for the long haul. We make decisions based on long-term outcomes; our approach to talent is no different. You may find the right individual for a role that may not exist yet. Or a stellar individual who's not actively looking but could be convinced to explore an opportunity with DarkVision through your tactful influence. In either case, it is essential to play the long game. By working closely with our Senior Leadership and Talent Solutions teams, you'll have visibility into our future talent needs. Using this knowledge, you will be responsible for building a talent pipeline and establishing lasting relationships with high-potential passive candidates to address them.
  • Understand & Articulate our Employer Value Proposition - DarkVision's technology has taken the industrial inspection market by storm. We're a technology company first. And with that comes an exciting and sophisticated roadmap enticing to talented and technically adept industry talent. We need our recruiters and talent seekers to be able to speak accurately and enthusiastically about what we do and what we're working on. To assist in this, you'll spend time with our product, marketing, sales, and executive teams to fully understand how to articulate and pitch our organization, technology, and product roadmap before you hit the recruiting trail.
  • Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience in a Sales or Recruitment role
  • Experience and ability to pitch to a technical audience
  • Able to travel 50-60% for conferences across North America
  • What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience in a tech-based recruitment role
  • Experience recruiting for technical sales and engineering roles
  • For this role, we anticipate paying $70,000-$120,000. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
