- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Agriculture or similar
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Greenhouse Operations, vegetable business preferable
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage timelines to ensure delivery of objectives
- Demonstrated ability to lead and direct personnel, supervisors and administrative staff
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and actions to those at all levels of the organization
- Ability to adapt positively to a fast paced, challenging and constantly changing work environment
- Demonstrated skills in relationship building and influencing to achieve results
- Strong team player with self-discipline and motivation to work independently
- Strong organizational, planning and strategic execution skills
- Advanced MS Office and ERP Systems skills, experience with MS Navision would be an asset
- Experience in vegetable propagation or Hydrangea growing a plus
- Production and Growing experience is a must
- Manage and coordinate organizational and departmental operation strategies and activities.

The company is seeking to hire a Facilities Manager for our Leamington, Ontario facilities. Under direction of the CEO, oversee the operations within facilities. This includes the leadership and growth of staff, as well as driving One Floral vision to ensure that all areas have the support they require to remain competitive and profitable. The Facilities Manager motivates staff and proactively initiates change and improvement, through research and the analysis of departmental requirements. This position is very dynamic, implement process and prioritize activities constantly. It is expected that this position leads by example and be a hands-on.
