- Coordinate and monitor project activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, contracts, and proposals
- Manage project procurement, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services
- Communicate with project stakeholders, clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Track and report on project progress, performance, and issues
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards and regulations
- Assist with project documentation, administration, and closeout Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a project coordinator or similar role in industrial construction
- Technical diploma or degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
- Knowledge of industrial construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Experience in mining, oil and gas, or power projects is an asset
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and other project management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Summary
Monster Industries is a leading industrial construction company that specializes in mining, oil and gas, and power projects. We are looking for a project coordinator to join our team in Williams Lake, BC. The project coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing various aspects of the project lifecycle, including estimating, RFPs, purchasing, scheduling, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in industrial construction, mine experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
