The Senior HR Manager is part of the (Insert Line of Business) senior leadership team, partnering with leaders at multiple levels of the organization to develop strategies and goals.

Key job responsibilitiesA day in the life
A typical day on our team involves managing multiple priorities simultaneously - oriented on results, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
You will coach and support leaders through stakeholder management, talent management, organizational health, organizational strategy, and team development strategies.You will own and create sustainable HR strategies, setting the vision, direction and establishing routines for the HR team through coaching and development, monitoring service levels, and holding teams accountable to meet and exceed key people, operational, financial, and team goals.
You will balance technical, high-judgment HR work with actively engaging our teams on the production floor, coaching our leaders and creating Earth's best place to work.
You'll work in a complex, rapidly changing environment where you will have opportunities to innovate to more effectively achieve people and organizational goals.
