    Through the pandemic airlines have faced increasing operational challenges driving even greater interest in our unique suite of products.

    Site Reliability Engineer will be responsible for maintaining the reliability, scalability, and security of our customers' infrastructure.

    The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various AWS technologies, Docker, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Kafka, and must be familiar with monitoring using DataDog and automation/CI/CD using GitHub Actions.

    Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi and Typescript.
    Automate infrastructure deployments and server provisioning using GitHub Actions.
    Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions.
    Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems using DataDog.
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
    ~3+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer or related role.
    ~ Strong experience with AWS including VPC configuration, ECS Fargate, EC2, Load Balancers, Storage, AWS Route 53, and VPN.
    ~ Familiarity with provisioning and operating databases and message brokers including MongoDb, Postgress, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
    ~ Programming experience in JavaScript/Typescript or C#
    ~ Experience with GitHub and automation tools such as GitHub Actions.
    ~ Knowledge of Linux administration and shell scripting.
    ~ Familiarity with monitoring using DataDog.
    ~ Innovative and collaborative team environment with office hubs in Toronto and Montreal
