Reporting to the Senior Lead, Health & Safety, the Lead, Health & Safety is responsible for providing leadership and direction with the continual improvement, development, implementation, and alignment of the Coal Business Unit (BU) Health & Safety Management Systems.
To be successful, we are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who can present information clearly and consistently across all levels of an organization. In addition, this role requires a high level of organization and the ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced, team environment.

Teck employees receive a competitive compensation package that includes, but is not limited to, base salary plus the following benefits:
Salary Range: $101,000 - $125,000
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
Successful candidates must be willing to satisfy the pre-employment requirements of a pre-employment drug screen and three professional references.
