    Description
    Vice President of High Rise Construction - Permanent


    Parker Huggett is delighted to represent Osmington Gerofsky Development Corp (OGDC), a rapidly growing real estate development company co-founded by Osmington Inc.

    and David Gerofsky.

    In a relatively short period, OGDC has established an impressive and expanding portfolio of commercial and residential projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

    They boast a substantial and ever-growing pipeline of mixed-use development ventures, focusing on high-rise residential mixed-use and commercial developments, currently totaling 6,000 units and 4 million square feet under development.

    OGDC is committed to pursuing projects that positively impact communities and demonstrate excellence in design, execution, and value creation.

    Reporting to the CEO and COO, the Vice President of Construction will oversee construction management for both existing and new development projects.

    Initially focusing on high-rise development, the scope may extend to encompass various building forms, including industrial and commercial.


    The ideal candidate will be a highly entrepreneurial team player, a skilled relationship builder, and possess a fervent passion for design, construction, and the successful delivery of new housing projects.
