    We're looking for a talented and growth-oriented marketing senior manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our marketing team.

    As the Senior Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in the growth of Alchemy and our flagship brand ExoShield ).
    In this role you'll be helping to shape and execute Alchemy's marketing strategy.

    You'll play a key role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's objectives, drive brand awareness, and generate demand for our automotive products.

    We're looking for a strategic thinker, creative problem-solver, and results-driven professional.
    In this role you'll be responsible for:
    Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue and brand growth. Managing the day-to-day activities of the marketing team to ensure that all marketing activities support the top-level business priorities.

    Supporting the team on all aspects of digital marketing, including e-commerce, email marketing, advertising, content marketing, and social media campaigns.

    Conducting market research and analysis to identify target audiences and develop effective digital marketing strategies. Using various analytics tools to track performance metrics and provide insights necessary for data-driven decision-making. Working closely with the leadership team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company-wide objectives. Qualifications
    The following skills and experiences will help you succeed in this role:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in marketing roles (experience in a leadership position will be an asset in this role). Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. Proficiency in analytics tools to measure campaign performance (e.g. Google Analytics) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    Highly organized with an ability to manage personal tasks, as well as communicate and organize team deliverables Demonstrated ability to work and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Analytical mindset with a proven ability to use data to make informed decisions. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. If you're a creative and results-driven marketing professional looking for your next growth challenge, we'd love to hear from you
