    Description
    We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager - Special Projects (licensed plumber) to join our team.

    The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.

    Support to all other departments with special project-related issues
    Show the special projects team work that needs to be completed either by drafting pictures/plans or by showing them in person on site
    Preparing quotes and materials for special projects
    Order and pre-order and organize material, equipment and subcontractors for upcoming jobs in an efficient manner
    Apply technical experience to interpret documentation, specifications, and design drawings
    Participate in presentation of estimates/quotes to senior management
    Attend and participate in job showings, site visits, pre-quote meeting and post-quote meeting as required, bringing any pertinent information to the office for pricing
    Planning and overseeing special projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
    Attend project meetings, conferences, corporate events, and training as required
    Preparation of monthly progress billing and prepare monthly progress updates with upper management
    Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other employees throughout the company
    Coordinate larger-scale projects
    Attend job showings and meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
    Perform risk management to minimize project risks
    Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
    Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
    Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
    Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
    Plumbers License required
    Proven commercial experience in Project Management (minimum 2 years)
    Drivers license required
    Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
    Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft office applications
    Competent in construction terminology
    Bilingual, French and English (preferred)
