Branch Manager – HVAC Sector

Our industry leading client is a national wholesale distributor of equipment, parts, and products that service and support the residential, and commercial HVAC sectors.

This high-profile HVAC distributor is looking to bring on an experienced Branch Manager to lead their Surrey business unit to further support their growth and well-established customer base.

We are searching for professionals who demonstrate initiative and business acumen; With full P&L responsibility, you will provide leadership and strategic direction to operations, warehousing, sales, service, and administrative teams.

The successful candidates will have previous branch leadership experience within the HVAC, or Mechanical sector.
Build business/sales plans and oversee their implementation in order to capture business growth and consistently deliver budgeted financial results
Build and lead a strong customer focused team, including inside sales, counter sales and warehouse members, through recruiting, coaching, training and mentoring
Ensure all operations are managed safely and in accordance with the company's stated values
Manage market budgets and forecasts and report on performance of key business metrics and KPIs
HVAC knowledge, and experience is highly preferred
A minimum of five years of related business experience that required strong business and financial acumen, and effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Ability to prospect contractor clientele by selling on value and partnership, rather then price
Experience with personnel management – including coaching, and training, to disciplinary action
Demonstrated track record of managing safe, independent branch operations in an independent decentralized setting
Ability to identify and develop business opportunities and establish a positive company profile within the local business community
