    We are seeking a Director of Engineering to lead our engineering department.

    The right candidate will be confident leading teams ensuring that all members work effectively towards meeting corporate goals and provide expert technical guidance for engineering initiatives that are aligned with business needs and benefit the company. This includes driving innovation, optimizing resources, and ensuring the delivery of quality products or services to our customers.

    Our ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of engineering principles, practices, codes, and regulations, as well as strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to take the company to the next level in our evolution.

    Develop and implement technical strategies and plans that are compliant and align with company's business goals and objectives.
    Lead cross functional engineering teams to execute strategic engineering initiatives.
    Manage department budget and resources to make cost-effective decisions that don't compromise quality or efficiency.
    Establishes quality control standards to ensure final products meet industry and customer standards.

Il s'agit notamment de stimuler l'innovation, d'optimiser les ressources et de garantir la fourniture de produits ou de services de qualité à nos clients.

    Le candidat idéal possède une connaissance approfondie des principes, des pratiques, des codes et des réglementations en matière d'ingénierie, ainsi que de solides compétences en matière de leadership, de communication et de collaboration, afin de permettre à l'entreprise de franchir une nouvelle étape dans son évolution.

    Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies et des plans techniques conformes aux buts et objectifs de l'entreprise.
    Diriger des équipes d'ingénieurs interfonctionnelles afin de mettre en œuvre des initiatives d'ingénierie stratégiques.
    Gérer le budget et les ressources du département afin de prendre des décisions rentables qui ne compromettent pas la qualité ou l'efficacité.
    Établir des normes de contrôle de la qualité afin de s'assurer que les produits finaux répondent aux normes de l'industrie et des clients.
