    Description

    Senior Business Analyst - Hyrbid (Contract Position)

    Number of Positions: 1 Filled: 0 Duration: 15 months

    Location: Mississauga, ON, CA

    Must be eligible to work in Canada

    Hybrid position, needs based onsite in the Mississauga office, 1 - 2 days /wee k

    Roles and responsibilities:


    • Build business alignment and a trusted relationship with business partners


    • Lead business process elicitation workshops and document business process


    • Actively participate in quality assurance & system integration testing

    Requirements:


    • Assist with the development of business requirements through detailed analysis and by providing recommendations


    • Hold requirements gathering sessions by identifying the right participants, preparing the appropriate material, reviewing the project scope, and identifying key assumptions


    • Seek final sign-off of the detailed business requirements from the business sponsor


    • Other duties as assigned


    • Work closely with Process Architect to document business processes according to established standards


    • Assist Project Managers in development of plans and provide accurate estimates from analysis and design specifications


    • Work closely with the Application Developers to provide business requirements translation

    • Ability to walk through the detailed business requirements document with the users of the system and make any final modifications

    Must have skills and experience:


    • An Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science or Business

    A minimum of 10+yrs of Business analyst experience

    5 yrs of retail industry experience is highly desired


    • Experience gathering business requirements, business process reengineering, and application testing


    • Application Systems Experience (SAP S4 Retail)
