    Description

    Job Summary

    This position is responsible for handling all manual departmental processes for all orders while adhering to all GDCAEP processes and procedures. Operators will be responsible for following a production schedule at the station and balancing each run before starting another, following all department SOPs and using department systems and tools as are already established.

    Shift

    Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:15 pm

  • Maintain the highest quality standards for all processed work
  • Meet established department benchmarks within a month
  • Maintain the highest integrity standards for all processed work
  • Must be focused and show an attention to detail
  • Must be focused on customer satisfaction
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
  • Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the work area
  • Other duties as required
  • Comply with all G+D internal policies as they relate to; processing, conduct, safety and security of both product and self
  • Comply with G+D Environmental, Health & Safety policies, procedures and report any Environmental, Health & Safety hazards, incidents and concerns to the immediate supervisor/manager. Management will ensure employees are provided with job-specific Environmental, Health & Safety information, training and also ensure employees follow workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures.

    • Qualifications, Experience and Educational Requirements

    Work Experience:

  • 1-2 years of related work experience in the manufacturing/production field

    • Skills and Competencies:

  • Good communication and reading skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good memory and attention to detail
  • Work under minimum supervision and as part of a team

    • Education:

  • Completion of High School preferred

    • Working Conditions
