    Duties
    As the Technical Leader, you will:

    • Lead project teams in research and development
    • Conduct national quality assurance monitoring of forensic science programs
    • Develop SOPs, technical manuals, and directives
    • Interpret analytical results in complex cases and prepare reports
    • Train internal and external clients and contribute to research projects
    • Provide expert advice to police personnel
    • Deliver expert witness testimony in courts of law

    Work environment
    Expect a fast-paced environment with no room for errors during investigations. The role involves balancing multiple demands daily and may include exposure to sensitive materials.
