    Pulsenics is catalyzing novel breakthroughs for electrochemical technologies that decarbonize our planet.

    Strategic Operations Planning:
    Develop and implement operational strategies that align with Pulsenics' business goals, focusing on efficiency and scalability.

    Supply Chain Management:
    Oversee the entire supply chain, ensuring efficient sourcing, production, and delivery of both hardware and software products.

    Production Oversight:
    Manage production processes for hardware products, ensuring quality control, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.

    Budget Management:
    Oversee the operational budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.

    Compliance and Risk Management:
    Ensure all operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, and manage risks associated with operational processes.


    • Data Analysis and

    Performance Metrics:
    Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and measure the success of operational strategies.

    Innovation and Market Adaptation:

    Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, adapting operations to keep Pulsenics at the forefront of the hardware and data analytics sector.


    Educational Background:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.

    Relevant Experience:
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hardware and/or software industry. Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.


    • Proven track record in managing supply chains, including procurement, production, and logistics, especially in the context of hardware manufacturing.

    Technical Proficiency:
    Familiarity with hardware production processes and deployment.


    • Knowledge of relevant software tools and technologies used in operations and supply chain management.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, with strong skills in team management, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.

    Strategic Thinking:
    Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills, with an ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.


    • Proficient in data analysis, with an ability to use data-driven insights to make informed operational decisions.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing business needs and challenges.
    • Understanding of budget management, cost optimization, and financial analysis in an operational context.

    Knowledge of relevant industry standards and legal regulations, with a commitment to upholding quality and compliance in all operations.
