As part of the People Operations - Monitor and Maintain department, the People Operations PMO and Controls Analyst is primarily accountable for driving key priority projects within People Operations from planning, execution and sustainment project phases.
This role will collaborate with teams within and outside HR, to remove blockers, flag dependencies, and manage risks to drive People Operations initiatives while managing stakeholder expectations.
This role will drive quality and controls activities, including Internal controls, peer reviews, root-cause analysis, and data and security to ensure People Operations maintains an acceptable audit posture at all times.
This role will collaborate with Payroll, Time and Attendance, and People Services team to advance audit measures including management of audit-related actions.
Key accountabilities:
- Manage high priority People Operations projects including project planning, execution and post golive sustainment, providing updates to key stakeholders, removing project blockers and dependencies, identifying and mitigating project risks
- Identify lessons learned from issues and enhancements, conduct rootcause analysis and provide a feedback loop to various teams, to iterate operational procedures with a continuous improvement perspective
- Collaborate with teams within People Operations, HR, and teams outside HR (i.e., ISD) in managing quality and auditactivities such as quarterly internal audit review action items closure
- Support standardization and streamlining of People Operations capabilities from a continuous improvement lens, by identifying process gaps and wastes, and designing sustainable, replicable processes with bias for automation
Selection criteria:
- Demonstrated strong capability on project management / PMO within HR
- Lean six sigma experience preferred
- Background in driving audit within HR Operations
- Working knowledge on HRIS such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow
- Ability to facilitate workshops such as rootcase analysis, requirements gathering, lessons learned, risk planning
- Systematic approach in problemsolving
- Ability to collaborate in a hybridremote work setting
- Bias for action and data
