    Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, and coordinate business systems based on provided guidelines for data collection, analysis, work program budget, and economic justification studies.
    • Provide advice and guidance to Divisional Management personnel on financial and accounting policies and procedures.
    • Participate in the preparation of business plans and budgets, gathering and assessing departmental and regional data.
    • Support project administration within the division, including release, work order, and reporting activities.
    • Review, revise, and coordinate reporting systems to ensure they align with corporate and divisional needs.
    • Perform research activities to measure group outputs effectively for corporate financial requirements.
    • Prepare and review financial evaluations of expenditure decisions to meet corporate and branch requirements.
    • Assist in the effective management and control of accounting and service operations.

    Requirements:

    • Comprehensive knowledge of business systems, economics, mathematics, and analytical techniques.
    • Experience in a financial environment related to developing and implementing business systems.
    • Familiarity with accounting and financial policies, principles, and procedures.
