    Infosys is seeking a Sterling Integrator . This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.     Required Qualifications :
    • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Toronto, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
    • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
    • At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
    • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.

    Job description

    Infosys is seeking a Sterling Integrator .     Required Qualifications :

    Preferred Qualification :
    • At least 7 years of experience with Sterling File Gateway, Secure Proxy and products
    • At least 5 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.
    • Experience setting up the following in a B2B environment, Partner Profiles AS2, sFTP, FTPs, FTP, SOAP, PGP.
    • Trouble shooting and resolving of EDI Functional and Technical issues, excellent skills in developing new maps and BP's
    • Experience in B2B production support, working on tools/accelerators which helps to reduce incidents etc.,
    • Experience in connecting with suppliers, external customers, and internal business units
    • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving transaction processing issues
    • Experience in acting as an escalation point to resolve issues from suppliers, external customers and internal customers.
    • Establishing and maintaining liaison relationship with business partners and IT organization in order to provide effective technical solutions.
    • Experience in investigating problems and developing recommendations for resolution, identifying the need for technical assistance to help in problem resolution.
    The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
