    Sage Recruiting is looking for a Mobile Lead to join a cutting-edge technology company specializing in event management and audience engagement solutions.

    With a proven track record in revolutionizing the live event industry, our client empowers event organizers to deliver seamless and unforgettable experiences to attendees while optimizing operations and enhancing security.

    As a Mobile Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the company's mobile applications.

    You will engage in close collaboration with cross-functional groups, provide guidance to less experienced developers, and chart the technical path for the company's product portfolio.

    Create, build, and optimize mobile applications for peak performance.
    Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to deliver compelling products and services.
    Actively participate in brainstorming, technical planning, development, and testing of product features.
    Shape the company's technical direction, influencing the expansion of our services and the creation of new products.
    Identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement within our technical framework, and actively contribute to implementing these enhancements.
    Lead and oversee the development and upkeep of comprehensive technical documentation to ensure clarity and consistency in project understanding.
    Assume full project ownership, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
    Guide and train new team members, equipping them with essential tools and knowledge.
    Facilitate team meetings and discussions to promote effective communication and collaboration among team members.
    Serve as a point of contact for addressing technical challenges, offering guidance and solutions to the team.
    What we are looking forBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) 6+ years' experience in software development 3+ years' experience in Android and iOS development (preferably using React Native)


    Experience with web development (preferred)Proficiency with GCP or AWSSolid grasp of coding for mobile platformsProven track record of integrating third-party SDKs into mobile applications.

    Knowledgeable about managing applications throughout their lifecycle on both Apple App Store and Google Play StoreAdept at troubleshooting in various environments and across multiple operating platformsProficiency in rapidly prototyping design conceptsStrong understanding of cross-platform design principlesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong Leadership, communication and interpersonal skillsNice to have:
