    Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment. In this role you will work a combination of in-office and remotely from home.

    Typically, you'll be working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start & end times.

    5 years of banking experience with extensive exposure to short term liquidity products and management
    ~ The Treasury and Capital Markets (TCM) team is responsible for managing the firm's funding and liquidity risk, market risk, balance sheet management and banking administration under certain defined parameters set by the firm's Asset Liability Committee (ALCO).

    Manager Short Term Liquidity will take ownership for:
    Driving the short-term liquidity management (LM) strategies/execution
    Measuring, managing, and hedging the firm's short term liquidity risk.
    Managing the firm's high-quality liquid securities (HQLA) portfolio
    Manage intraday liquidity requirements related to Lynx direct clearing.
    Work to develop and maintain settlement facilities with FIs.
    Cash management including daily funding and weekly cash forecasting.
    Implementation of short-term funding strategy, including warehouse, securities repo, mortgage repo, deposits, commercial paper
    Staying abreast of market/regulatory developments on interest rate and liquidity risk
    Delivering technical advice/ new insights to Products/Sales Leads to support client relationship management
    Ensuring strong risk management framework is applied to liquidity risk activities.
