    This candidate will possess a strong engineering foundation, potentially holding engineering positions in their previous roles and having managed day-to-day processes.

    Knowledge of aluminum properties, as well as an understanding of quality control and maintenance practices, is crucial.

    This candidate should have a proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives to uphold product standards and meet customer requirements whilst still effectively considering resource management, capacity planning, and leading projects and departments to optimize resource efficiency and drive engineers to improve the processes and efficiency of overall operations.

    The Chief Engineer, reporting to the Director of Engineering, is a newly created role that holds a crucial leadership position managing the entire engineering department and is exceptionally well-versed in aluminum extrusion.

    The primary objectives include overseeing the development and maintenance of technical operations. Setting and implementing strategies and policies and ensuring the efficiency of their operations.


    Leadership:
    Proven ability to lead and motivate engineering and technical professionals, fostering a culture of accountability.

    Technical Skills:
    , Strong proficiency in aluminum extrusion techniques, and metal forming. Knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies relevant to the aluminum extrusion industry.

    Change Management:
    Engineering excellence, process optimization, Quality assurance, and Equipment manufacturing.
    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in a relevant field of Mechanical, Automotive, or Industrial Engineering.
