    The ideal candidate for this role will have a solid engineering background, possibly having served in engineering positions in the past and overseeing day-to-day operations.

    Understanding aluminum properties, quality control, and maintenance practices is essential.

    This candidate must have a track record of implementing continuous improvement strategies to maintain product standards, meet customer needs, and efficiently manage resources, capacity planning, and project leadership to enhance resource utilization and guide engineers in improving operational efficiency.

    The Chief Engineer, who will report to the Director of Engineering, is a newly established position with significant leadership responsibilities in managing the entire engineering department and possessing extensive expertise in aluminum extrusion.

    Key responsibilities include supervising technical operations' development and maintenance, as well as formulating and executing operational strategies and policies to ensure effectiveness.


    Leadership:
    Proven capability to inspire and lead engineering and technical experts, cultivating a culture of responsibility.

    Technical Skills:
    Sound knowledge of aluminum extrusion methods and metal shaping. Familiarity with quality control norms and relevant methodologies in the aluminum extrusion sector.

    Change Management:
    Emphasis on engineering excellence, process enhancement, quality assurance, and equipment production.
    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably specializing in Mechanical, Automotive, or Industrial Engineering.
