    Description
    Giftagram is looking for a driven, organized and passionate Operations Manager to lead our Operations Team. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and drive profitability and efficiency at Giftagram.

    As Operations Manager, you will play a hands-on role in managing core operational areas including; procurement, marketplace partners, warehouse facilities and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

    What you'll do

    Customer Support:

    Lead our customer support team to deliver exceptional service, utilizing metrics and feedback to continuously enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues in coordination with other departments.


    Purchasing and Inventory:

    Develop cost-effective purchasing strategies and maintain optimal inventory levels, leveraging systems for accurate tracking and supplier collaboration for timely product delivery.


    Warehouse Operations:
    Manage our warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and coordinate logistics for improved inbound and outbound operations.
    Partner Success and

    Order Fulfillment:

    Foster strong partner relationships and oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and supporting ongoing programs and campaigns.


    Operational Reporting:

    You will be in charge of generating and analyzing key operational reports (inventory, partner performance, merchandising, customer service) and presenting data-driven insights to senior management for informed decision-making.


    Operational Strategy:

    Strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple aspects of operations will be critical to the success and growth of our startup.

    Qualifications
    Extreme ownership mentality. You're constantly thinking of new ways to hit your goals and problem solve
    Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment on multiple projects
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, ideally Engineering or Business Administration
    3-5 years of work experience in a technology-driven environment
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
    Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
