    Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications - Maintenance & Engineering, this position is based in either Calgary, Alberta or Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

    What you will do:

    • Act as the solution analyst in the support and sustainment of our enterprise engineering document management solution (EDDMS) and related engineering applications.


    • Manage document control for the Nitrogen &Phosphate Business Unit to ensure that processes comply with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

    • Partner with key SMEs and organize monthly support sprints delivering enhancements and bug fixes for Nutrien stakeholders.

    • Support our business units with digitalization of paper documents.

    • Establish a procedural framework for identifying, collecting, distributing and filing controlled documents for the EDDMS. This includes specifications and standards for engineering drawings.

    • Ensure EDDMS users are provided with adequate training and support to enable them to successfully use the procedures and systems in use by the EDDMS.

    • Ensure the Engineering Document Control system is implemented in compliance with Nutrien's standards and is updated to reflect revisions to those standards.

    • Maintain awareness of new EDDMS initiatives that may impact the control or distribution of information.

    • Coordinate and interface with management to ensure site needs and requirements are being met.

    • Maintain master test cases and training materials and execute internal testing and coordinate UAT as required.

    • Deliver training as required.

    What you will bring:

    • 3+ years of experience in an analyst role with demonstrated experience in a large corporate environment or agency.


    • Accredited degree in Computer Science or similar.

    • A combination of education and experience may also be considered.

    • Experience with document management and document control.

    • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design skills, including ability to present concepts verbally.

    • Superior organization and prioritization skills, striving to meet tight timelines and balancing multiple competing priorities.

    • Confident communicator and presenter

    • Competence in standard Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

    • Experience with Meridian and SharePoint is preferred.
