    An Opportunity to Jump Start Your Marketing Career

    CPA Ontario is currently in search of a Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will be exposed to every aspect of marketing, brand and communications and play a key role in the overall management and coordination of the various areas within the team. You will work closely with the EVP, Chief Marketing Officer and the EVP, Chief Communication and Sustainability Officer through support of day-to-day planning and activities.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    Supporting the EVP, Chief Marketing Officer and the EVP, Chief Communication and Sustainability Officerwith day-to-day planning, organization, and calendar management.

    Acting as a central point of contact for the Marketing, Brand & Communications teams, helping coordinate day-to-day operations, Marketing and Brand Council management, team events, executional support across campaigns and programs, as well as ad hoc requests.

    Working with leadership and the Finance team, coordinating the Marketing & Communications budgets, including accruals, invoicing, and monthly and quarterly tracking.

    Overseeing the ordering and distribution of marketing materials including banners and branded swag while ensuring an effective inventory management system is in place for tracking purposes.

    Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal clients to provide marketing and communications support.

    Who You Are:

    A post-secondary graduate in Marketing or Business with a minimum of 1-year related experience.

    A strong communicator (verbal and written) with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills with the proven ability to work well with all levels of stakeholders.

    A multi-tasker with excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and meet simultaneous deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Digitally fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce products would be considered an asset.

    A demonstrated creative and innovative thinker and problem-solver with a high degree of attention to accuracy and detail.
