    Annual Base Salary: $56,500 - $67,100 CAD

    Talent Acquisition Specialist

    The Talent Acquisition Specialist utilizes a deep understanding of the company's goals to align HR staffing efforts with department objectives. Responsibilities include creating a strong talent pool to meet staffing needs by managing the full-cycle recruiting process.

    About The Team

    Join a close-knit group of HR professionals focused on providing the best work environment for Safe Software team members. The Human Resources team supports various areas including Recruitment & Onboarding, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Payroll, Compensation, and Employee Relations to uphold Safe's reputation as a high-performing and enjoyable workplace.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Develop job descriptions and interview questions.
    • Source talent from job boards, career fairs & social media.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
    • Plan interview procedures and assessments.
    • Stay updated on recruiting trends.
    • Enhance employer brand and ensure positive candidate experience.
    • Build relationships with hiring managers.
    • Conduct background and reference checks.
    • Foster relationships with diverse professional organizations.
    • Establish relationships with universities for recruitment events.

    What We're Looking For

    Successful candidates typically possess a Degree/Diploma in Human Resources/Business, 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ability to partner with hiring managers, familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, and experience in high-volume recruitment.
