Description

Responsibilities:

Work with Sales Operations Manager to meet any customer requests/sales administrative duties including but not limited to customer account setup, providing order status updates, and dealing with all incoming emails and calls.
Create invoices and deal with customer credits (collaborate with finance Dept.).
Attend weekly meetings with other departments.
Request samples with Quality Assurance and ensure couriers or company transport is organized, based on customer requests.
Liaison with Supply Chain.
Assist Marketing and Sales in implementing and monitoring approved programs.
Maintain customer database, binder updates (pricing), folder updates for new account maintenance.
Support existing and new customer contracts, tenders, listing forms (completing documents).
Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, related to the delivery of goods.

Main requirements for this position:

University or college degree, preferably majoring in Sales and Marketing.
Must have at least 2-3 years working experience as sales and marketing assistant or related roles in Food Manufacturing industry.
Must possess good customer service, communication, and teamwork.
Must have good organizational skills and problem-solving skills.
